WHAT THIS POSITION WILL DO:

Provide general management consultative guidance focused on driving growth in retail and commercial sales through franchise locations/markets.

Make strategic and tactical recommendations and develop action plans to capitalize on sales opportunities and operational improvements
Requirements:
WHAT THIS POSITION REQUIRES

* A Bachelor?s degree or equivalent

* 10+ years relevant experience

* 3-5 years progressive management operations experience, preferably within commercial hard goods sales or retail sales

* 2+ years of business-to-business sales experience required

* Experience developing and managing multiple units/centers with operations success and strong sales and profit results

* Established business management and leadership skills

* Effective communication skills, including coaching, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills

* Excellent critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills

* Strong planning, organizational and time management abilities

* Understanding of real estate and retail site selection

* Experience with battery industry and battery applications preferred

* Excels in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

* Proficient with Microsoft Office programs

* Approximately 40% travel
