Craigslist is notorious for its strange, and often, inappropriate user-generated ads.?Hurricane Sandy provided no exception.

In addition to listings for found pets and ads offering free construction services, there were a lot of weird postings. ?

The ads range from?endearing ?"missed connections" created in the chaos of Sandy?to offers of gas?in?exchange for a "casual encounter."

Some Craigslisters have decided to take advantage of the Northeast gas shortage?by charging?$20 for a gallon of gas?instead of its $4 price tag.
